With every "update" Windows 10 just gets worse and worse. I will not be upgrading my Windows 7 laptop or my Windows 8 PC. Tried all that, problem still exists, why are my apps not downloading. I have 8 updates stuck at 0. Troubleshooter reports no problems. Internet connection is fine. Wireshark shows no network traffic so it's as if the store isn't even trying to download anything.
